- Taking the end to end delivery responsibility of assigned IT projects which includes project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closing
- Managing and Leading Agile Transformation
- Providing accurate project documentation including status reports, schedule
- Planning and executing the project within agreed technical and commercial components; timeline, budget, and quality
- Maintaining Jira/Confluence
- Holding meetings with clients at all stages
- Compilation of CJM products
- Compilation of backlog lists + user story description
- Prioritization of the backlog sheet
